Occupry Terms of Service
Effective March 8, 2026. These terms summarize how the revived Occupry product is intended to be used.
Informational service
Occupry provides informational lease review and negotiation guidance. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address tied to your Supabase-authenticated account and for activity that occurs through that account.
Uploads and content
You must have the right to upload any lease or document you submit. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant Occupry permission to process it solely to operate the product.
Payments
Lease analysis is billed through Stripe as a one-time transaction per document unless a discount or promotional code is applied. Fees are non-recurring unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Availability
Occupry may update models, prompts, workflows, or infrastructure over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy in generated outputs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Occupry is not liable for decisions you make based on generated report content. Review important terms independently before signing any lease.
