Occupry Privacy Policy
Effective March 8, 2026. This page is a product-facing summary of how Occupry handles commercial lease data during document intake and analysis.
What we collect
Occupry stores account identity from Supabase Auth, uploaded lease files in Supabase Storage, document metadata in Supabase Postgres, and billing records from Stripe that are necessary to support the service.
How we use it
We use your data to authenticate you, process uploads, generate lease reports, send transactional updates, and operate the service. We do not sell uploaded lease content.
Service providers
Core infrastructure includes Vercel for the frontend, Railway for the API and worker runtime, Supabase for auth, storage, and database, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI plus OCR providers for document processing.
Retention and deletion
Lease files and report artifacts remain associated with your account until you delete them or ask us to remove them. Operational logs may persist for limited security and reliability windows.
Security
We use authenticated access controls, encrypted transport, scoped third-party services, and server-side verification of user identity before returning account data.
